Greater Downtown Area Plan
The City is in the process of developing a plan for the Greater Downtown area and recently held a second public open house on February 23, 2012 to gather input from property owners, tenants and interested citizens. The plan is proposed to include design guidelines that will help implement the goals for future development and redevelopment in Greater Downtown. The City gained initial public input from a series of questionnaires that evaluated various design concepts to determine which of these are most important to the community. From those results, more detailed elements of the Greater Downtown Plan have been developed as listed below.
