Group Living Facilities Registration
A group living facility is a residential facility or use as defined by the Grand Junction Municipal Code, Volume II, Title 21 Zoning and Development Code that functions as a housekeeping unit comprised of unrelated persons receiving public or private supervision, care or treatment.
In an effort to maintain accurate information for Group Living Facilities located within the City of Grand Junction, annual registration is required and due to the City of Grand Junction Public Works and Planning Department Planning Division, by August 31st each year. For your convenience, the following fillable forms are available for registration:
