Street Cleaning

Street Cleaning services includes street sweeping and cleaning of sidewalks, adjacent to City owned properties and infrastructures that include overpasses and bridges. Street sweeping services are provided to all improved (curbed & guttered) streets within City limits. Additional sweeping is provided upon request for non-curb and guttered City streets. Street Cleaning services also support special Street Systems projects such as Spring Cleanup, Chipseal, and Leaf Removal.

Residential streets are swept approximately 6 times per year, taking place when the sweepers are not supporting the Spring Cleanup, Chipseal, and Leaf Removal programs, and during inclement weather. Arterial/Commercial streets are swept monthly, with the same exceptions as residential street cleaning.

 If you see a City street that needs to be swept, submit a Fix It! request.
