If you receive an electric bill from Xcel Energy, you would report an outage/problem to them. Xcel's Web Site to Report a Street Light Outage or any other problem with Street Lights (XCEL ENERGY ONLY) or call 1-800-895-4999.



If you receive an electric bill from Grand Valley Power, call 970-242-0040 or go to GVP Web Site, then click on Outages, Locates & Service Reports to email them information about an outage.
