Vacant Building Survey
In January 2011 planning staff undertook a "windshield survey" of vacant commercial and industrial buildings within the City. The purpose of this survey was to get a sense of how much vacant space is available in the community for commercial or industrial use. The data listed below is sorted by neighborhood planning areas as defined in the Grand Junction Comprehensive Plan. Subsequent surveys have been taken to reflect the ever changing dynamics of real estate with our City. These surveys will continue; please check back for future updates.
