Zoning and Development Code
The Zoning & Development Code (adopted April 2010) shall apply to all territory, uses and facilities within the City's limits, and to public and private lands, all uses thereon, and all structures and buildings over which the City has jurisdiction under the constitution and laws of the state of Colorado of the United States or pursuant to the City's powers.
